The Special of the Day

Whew. It's been a while since my art muse was willing to cooperate! I'm glad it did for 's summer contest. These are her characters (from left to right): Zone, Hana, and Nick.

There's not a lot of details about each personality since they're kinda new, but this is my interpretation of how they'd act. Nick, I'm not sure if he's as calm as he looks here, but I kinda imagined him to be the guy who's just so laid back that nothing really fazes him. Or rather, he's such a nice guy, he tries to not let it bother him conspicuously. However, as I already pointed out (literally), he is in fact in pain from biting down onto Hana's ring.

Hana seems like the type who has the best intention in mind, but often falters and making things worse than they are... I mean, how else do you drop an accessory covered in glitter in someone's soup without noticing?

Speaking of which, Zone was surprisingly the most fun to draw. I think it's because his bewilderment is just so typical and hilarious of anyone who'd be in that situation. In fact, the entire time I kept laughing every time I thought of him shouting out loud, "There's glitter in my soup!" Imagine if that ever happened in a restaurant. Not "Waiter, there's a fly in my soup", but "Waiter! There's glitter in my soup!" XD

Yeah, I'm a dork. But at least I don't have glitter in my soup! 8D
